According to the person in charge of microelectronics, the Mingwei SM16719N driver chip is specifically designed for outdoor small-pitch transparent screens.With an ultra-small package design, the minimum size can be 1.5×2.5mm. It also has the advantages of low gray and high brush, and can achieve a 480Hz@GRAY1 display effect. It is equipped with a self-developed content energy-saving algorithm to optimize energy-saving efficiency to the extreme, perfectly adapting to the stringent application requirements of outdoor small-pitch transparent screens.

Currently, LED holographic screens have become a popular category. Ming Microelectronics has made precise arrangements and launched the SM16179 holographic screen-specific driver chip, which not only ensures high-quality display, but also takes into account the three core advantages of high transparency, low power consumption, and high reliability. It perfectly adapts to the special scene requirements of holographic display and provides an efficient solution for industry holographic display applications.

What is particularly noteworthy is that the new AMIP packaging product launched by Ming Microelectronics for the first time in this exhibition has become one of the highlights of the exhibition. This product adopts an integrated lamp driver design and integrates the light-emitting chip and the driver IC into an integrated package. The driver IC size is only 100*100 microns, and the minimum package can be 200*200 microns. It is specially tailored for Micro LED home theater scenarios below P0.7. In recent years, China's LED movie screens have developed rapidly. The number of installations nationwide has exceeded 240, ranking first in the world. It is expected to develop by leaps and bounds this year. For high-end application fields of LED movie screensJing, Mingwei also laid out early, this time bringing the SM16339 driver chip. This product has been certified by DCI. It adopts a low-temperature and low-power design, has 16-bit color depth reduction capability and stable current control performance, perfectly adapts to the HDR-DCI standard, and provides a wide color and dynamic range for film and television content production, so that every frame can withstand the harsh scrutiny of a large screen. At the same time, the product integrates a complete led open-circuit and short-circuit elimination function, which can actively prevent and repair pixel-level faults and ensure broadcast safety. With the accurate short-circuit detection function, if there is a bad point in the production process, it can be accurately positioned and repaired to avoid affecting the entire column or line display, and greatly improve production and operation and maintenance efficiency.





This time, Mingwei also showed 2 Mini backlight solution ICs such as SM6228N and SM6208NC, which were favored by customers on site. It makes the partition backlight smart, improves contrast and eliminates flares through accurate Local Dimming algorithms, and upgrades the standard LCD to a high-end display experience. Flexible adaptation to existing architectures provides core technical support for brand premiums. Application scenarios are very wide, including TV, monitors, educational all-in-one machines, advertising machines, in-vehicle displays, monitors, etc.
