Arrears of more than 300 million yuan of equipment, San 'an Optoelectronics was applied for enforcement

Led equipment factory HuiTechnology (6706) announced on March 3 that it had filed an application for enforcement with the local court in mainland China in response to a contract dispute with two companies owned by San 'an Group. The targets of this enforcement are Quanzhou Sanan Semiconductor and Hubei Sanan Optoelectronics, with a total recovery amount of more than 43.29 million US dollars (298.7 million yuan) and 30.37 million yuan, exceeding 300 million yuan.
HuiTe said that the two companies had previously signed a series of contracts with Quanzhou San 'an Semiconductor and Hubei San 'an Optoelectronics. By the award of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the two companies should pay HuiTe's payment for goods, derivative interest and related fees.

However, as of March 3 of this year, Hui 'te still had not received the amount payable, so he decided to take legal action and filed compulsory enforcement with the Quanzhou Intermediate People's Court in Fujian Province and the Ezhou Intermediate People's Court in Hubei Province, respectively.

According to the announcement data, the mandatory enforcement amount for Quanzhou San 'an Semiconductor includes US $29.825 million and RMB 20.063 million; for Hubei San 'an Optoelectronics, it includes US $13.466 million and RMB 10.309 million.
